Grilled Flatbread Pizza

Grilled Flatbread Pizza is the perfect summertime meal. Grilled pizza is a quick and easy to make your favorite recipe and it is loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 Pre-made Naan Flatbreads
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat grill over medium high heat to approximately 350 degrees F.
  • Rub the grill grates with olive oil.
  • Place the Naan flatbreads directly on the grill grates.  Grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and you can see grill marks on the flatbread but it’s not burnt.
  • Carefully remove the flatbreads from the grill and place them on a baking sheet with the grilled side up.
  • Place two tablespoons of pizza sauce on each flatbread.
  • Then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  • Place the prepared pizzas back on the grill.  Grill for 3-5 minutes with the lid closed n the grill until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the pizzas are golden brown with grill makers.
  • Remove the pizzas from the grill.
  • Let them rest for 5 minutes.  Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

Notes

This is a great base pizza recipe.  Each person can create their own personal pizza based on their preferences! 
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
