Grilled Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf of French Bread
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter softened at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat your grill to 400 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, use a hand held mixer to combine 1/2 cup salted butter, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, and 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley until the mixture is combined and fluffy.
  • Cut 1 loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the butter mixture evenly on each side of the bread, then top with 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the pieces of bread back together.
  • Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
  • Place on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes turning it occasionally until the bread is crispy on the outside and heated through.
  • Then cut the bread into slices.  Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can easily make this recipe with any type of bread.  Keep the bread wrap in the foil until ready to serve to keep it warm.
