Grilled Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans washed and trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Clean and cut the ends of the fresh green beans.
  • Pat the green beans dry with a pepper towel.
  • Place them in a large bowl.  Drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle the pepper, salt and garlic powder on top.  Toss to coat the green beans in the oil and seasoning mixture.
  • Place the green beans directly on top of the grill grates and grill them for approximately 4-5 minutes per side until the green beans are tender and browned.
  • Remove the green beans from the grill.  Serve with the lemon wedges and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover green beans in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
