Ingredients

  • 6 Halibut Fillets
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 Tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Lemons sliced for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill over medium high heat (350-400 degrees Fahrenheit) and pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Combine the seasoning together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together the melted butter and lemon juice.
  • Rub the butter and lemon mixture onto both sides of the fish fillets and season both sides of the fish with the seasoning mixture.
  • Rub the remaining olive oil onto the grill grates to keep the fish from sticking to the grill.
  • Place the fish on the grill over direct heat and cook for 4-6 minutes per side until lightly browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 135-140 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Remove the fish from the grill.  Let the fish rest for 5 minutes then serve topped with the lemon juice from the slices and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
