Preheat a Blackstone grill or griddle over medium high heat.
Spread the avocado oil in a single layer on the grill.
Place the yellow pepper rings and onions on the grill and sauté until soft (approximately 5 minutes). Push them to one side of the grill.
Place the meat on the grill in a single layer to brown them slightly and heat them through. Push them to the side of the grill.
Open up each of the buns and place them on the grill for 1-2 minutes until slightly toasted. Remove from the grill.
Divide up the meats, peppers and onions into 4 servings and stack on top of each other on the grill.
Top each one with 2 slices of cheese. Heat for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the grill and place on the toasted buns. Top with the shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
Drizzle the red wine vinegar on top and top with the oregano, salt and pepper.
Serve warm and enjoy!
These sandwiches are best served fresh. If you do have any leftovers, store the meats separately and do not assemble the sandwiches until ready to enjoy!
You can easily use any of your favorite deli meats in this easy sandwich recipe!
If you do not have avocado oil, any oil with a high smoke point works great for this recipe. Coconut oil and vegetable oil are both great options.
