Ingredients

Large Sweet Bell Peppers
any color

Olive Oil

Instructions
Preheat a grill over medium high heat until it reaches approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the peppers and onion into large pieces and remove the seeds from the peppers.
Add the cut onions and peppers to a mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil on top. Gently toss to coat them with oil.
Place the peppers directly in the grill grates on the grill.
Close the lid, cook for 3-5 minutes until the peppers are charred.
Flip them over and cook the other side for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Remove the peppers from the grill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
