How to Grill Bell Peppers and Onions
- Step 1 – Preheat a grill over medium high heat until it reaches approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Step 2 – Cut the peppers and onion into large pieces and remove the seeds from the peppers.

- Step 3 – Add the cut onions and peppers to a mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil on top. Gently toss to coat them with oil.

- Step 4 – Place the peppers directly in the grill grates on the grill.

- Step 5 – Close the lid, cook for 3-5 minutes until the peppers are charred.
- Step 6 – Flip them over and cook the other side for an additional 3-5 minutes.

- Step 7 – Remove the peppers from the grill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
