Serving Suggestions

Italian Sausage can served in many different ways. These are some of our favorite options.

  • Mashed Potato My kids love mashed potatoes and they are easy to make thanks to the crockpot. The potatoes cook easily in the slow cooker which makes for the best side dish.
  • Penne Pasta – After cooking the Italian Sausage slice with a knife and serve over pasta. We love to top with marinara sauce with Italian seasoning.
  • Blackstone Tortellini and Onions – After cooking the Italian Sausage on the griddle, push to the side and add tortellini and onions. Once these items are heated then combine and serve for a rich and hearty meal idea.

You can also slice the sausage and mix it into scrambled eggs the next morning to stretch leftovers even further.
