Instructions
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Drizzle the vegetable oil onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out.
Place the sausage links on the oil on the grill.
Cook them for 2-3 minutes per side to brown the sausages.
Squirt some water next to the sausage to create steam and close the dome on the Blackstone Grill. Let them cook, covered for 3-4 minutes.
Add more water around the sausages and steam, covered, for 3-4 more minutes.
Continue this process until the sausages have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the sausages from the grill and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate any leftover sausages in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
