Ingredients

  • 6 Italian Sausage Links
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Drizzle the vegetable oil onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out.
  • Place the sausage links on the oil on the grill.
  • Cook them for 2-3 minutes per side to brown the sausages.
  • Squirt some water next to the sausage to create steam and close the dome on the Blackstone Grill.  Let them cook, covered for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add more water around the sausages and steam, covered, for 3-4 more minutes.
  • Continue this process until the sausages have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the sausages from the grill and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate any leftover sausages in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
