- Large Sweet Bell Peppers
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper

- Seasoning – You can easily add different types of seasoning to these bell peppers. Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, thyme, oregano or fresh basil are great additions. We have used Italian Seasoning for the perfect blend of spices.
- Roasted Peppers – We love the flavor of the roasted red peppers but we have even added green bell peppers and onion for delicious flavor.
Step by Step Instructions:
- Step 1 – Preheat a grill over medium high heat until it reaches approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 – Cut the pepper into large pieces and remove the seeds from the peppers.
Step 3 – Brush both sides of the peppers with the olive oil.
Step 4 – Place the peppers directly in the grill grates on the grill. Close the lid, cook for 3-5 minutes until the peppers are charred. Flip the peppers over and cook the other side for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Step 5 – Remove the peppers from the grill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
Recipe Tips:
- Preparing Vegetables – Slice peppers about the same size so they cook evenly. Prepare pepper by cutting in strips or larger pieces and make sure to remove the stems. This will prevent from falling through the grill grates. If you are grilling in a grill pan or grill basket you can cut into smaller pieces.
- Cooking Vegetables – We recommend using a pair of tongs to flip the vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes per side.
- Oil – We like to brush the vegetables with oil to prevent them from sticking to the grill grates. You can also brush with melted butter.
