Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Steaks approximately 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill over low-medium heat (approximately 300 degrees F).  Clean the grill grates and rub with oil to keep the steaks from sticking to the grill.
  • Mix together the seasonings.
  • Pat the pork steak dry and season both sides of the steaks with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes per side.
  • Brush both sides of the pork steak with barbecue sauce and cook for 5-6 more minutes per side until the sauce is caramelized and the steaks reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the steak from the grill.  Cover them with foil and let them rest for 10-15 minutes and the pork steaks should reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Then the pork steaks are ready to serve and enjoy!
