- 4 Pork Steaks approximately 1/2 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
Preheat a grill over low-medium heat (approximately 300 degrees F). Clean the grill grates and rub with oil to keep the steaks from sticking to the grill.
Mix together the seasonings.
Pat the pork steak dry and season both sides of the steaks with the seasoning mixture.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes per side.
Brush both sides of the pork steak with barbecue sauce and cook for 5-6 more minutes per side until the sauce is caramelized and the steaks reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the steak from the grill. Cover them with foil and let them rest for 10-15 minutes and the pork steaks should reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
