- 4 Salmon Fillets skinned removed
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 4 Brioche Buns
- 1/4 cup Butter softened
- 4 Butter Lettuce Leaves
- 1 cup Tartar Sauce
Preheat your grill over medium high heat.
Stir together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel and then rub the olive oil mixture onto both sides of the salmon filets.
Place the salmon filets on the grill.
Cook for 3 minutes. Then flip the fish and cook for 3-4 more minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature for 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the salmon from the grill to a separate plate. Squeeze the lemon juice on top of the salmon filets.
Butter the brioche buns and place them on the grill for 1-2 minutes to brown them slightly.
Spread the tartar sauce onto one side of the bun. Top with a butter lettuce leaf and a salmon filet.
Then the sandwiches are ready to serve and enjoy!
An instant read meat thermometer is the best way to know when the salmon is cooked through.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
