- 1 Pound Fresh Shishito Peppers
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preheat the grill to medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a large bowl, stir together the olive oil, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add in the peppers and toss to thoroughly coat the peppers with the mixture.
Place the peppers directly on top of the grill grates in a single layer and grill them for approximately 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the peppers are blistered and charred.
Remove the peppers from the grill. Serve topped with salt and enjoy!
Store any leftover peppers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Do not eat the stems on the peppers. Make sure to discard them.
