Grilled S'mores Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 can Refrigerated Pizza Crust 13.8 ounces
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Nutella
  • 3 Graham Crackers crumbled
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Chocolate Sauce optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill over medium high heat (approximately 450 degrees F).
  • Roll the dough into a 12 inch circle with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface.
  • Use a fork to poke holes all over the center of the pizza dough to keep it from bubbling in the oven.
  • Rub the grill grates with the olive oil so that the dough doesn’t stick to the grill.
  • Use a floured baking sheet to place the pizza dough directly on the grill.  Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  • Flip the pizza dough so that the grilled side is up.
  • Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread onto the pizza crust (leaving a gap around the edge for the crust).
  • Then sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top.  Top with the mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips.
  • Close the lid on the grill and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the bottom of the crust is golden brown and the marshmallows start to puff up slightly.
  • Carefully remove from the oven.  Let the pizza sit for a few minutes.  Drizzle the chocolate sauce on top.
  • Slice, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
