  • Preheat the grill over high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). 
  • Then cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.
  • Use a large spoon to scoop out the seeds and throw them away.
  • Drizzle the inside of each of the halves of the spaghetti squash with the olive oil and season with the salt and pepper.
  • Then place them cut side up on the grill over indirect heat.  Close the lid on the grill and cook for 40-60 minutes until the squash is fork tender.  The cook time will vary based on the size of the squash.
  • Once the squash is done, use a fork to “shred” the inside of the squash so it looks like spaghetti.
  • Serve warm and then enjoy.
