Hibachi Noodles

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (400 degrees F).
  • Cook the noodles based on the package instructions to al dente.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil until well combined.
  • Melt the butter on the grill.  Then add in the garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Then toss in the cooked noodles.  Pour the sauce on top of the noodles and toss to thoroughly coat the noodles with the sauce mixture.  Sauté for a few minutes.
  • Remove from the grill, top with the sesame seeds and enjoy!

Notes

You can use rice noodles or linguine instead of the lo mein noodles if you prefer. 
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
