Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the chicken.  Then add the chicken and make sure that it is well coated in the marinade mixture.
  • Marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Then preheat your grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Place the chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Then the chicken is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to a safe temperature before enjoying. 
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
