- 6 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 Lemons juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 3 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Whisk all the ingredients except for the chicken in a small mixing bowl.
Pound the chicken in between pieces of wax paper or in a ziplock bag so that they are approximately 1/4-1/2” thick.
Place the chicken in a large bowl or large ziplock bag. Pour the marinade on top of the chicken.
Refrigerate and allow it to marinade for at least 1 hour up to 12 hours.
Then preheat your grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Rub the grill grates with oil so that the chicken does not stick.
Place the chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Then the chicken is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to a safe temperature before removing it from the grill.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
