Mexican Mahi Mahi

  • Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Mix together the seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Use a basting brush to rub the olive oil onto the Mahi Mahi filets.
  • Season the Mahi Mahi with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place the butter on the Blackstone Grill, melt it and spread it around with a spatula.
  • Place the mahi mahi filets on the grill.  Cook each side for 3-4 minutes per side until the fish flakes easily.
  • Remove from the grill, serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
