- 2 pounds Baby Yellow Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil and boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender.
Drain the potatoes and allow them to cool slightly.
Heat the Blackstone Grill over high heat.
Place the butter on the griddle and spread it out with a spatula.
Then place the cooked potatoes on the Blackstone grill and press them down with a cast iron press or your spatula.
Top the potatoes with half of the oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook for a few minutes (3-5 minutes) until the potatoes are golden brown.
Then flip the potatoes, season the other side with the oil and the remaining seasonings. Cook for a few more minutes until golden brown.
Top the potatoes with the Parmesan Cheese. Cover and heat for a few minutes for the cheese to melt.
Remove from the grill and serve warm. Enjoy!
Refrigerate any leftover potatoes in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
