- 2 lbs Red Potatoes cut into chunks
- 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F.).
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss the potatoes to coat them with the seasonings and the oil.
Add the potatoes to the grill. Cover with a dome or close the lid on the grill. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes (stirring occasionally) until the potatoes are tender.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
You also also bake these in the oven at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
