- 1 pound Baby Potatoes cut in half
- 1 pkg Kielbasa Sausage 12-14 ounces
- 2 cups Green Beans trimmed
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
Preheat the grill over medium high heat (approximately 450 degrees F).
Cut 4 large pieces of heavy duty foil into approximately 12X12 inches and spray the foil into non-stick cooking spray.
Add all the ingredients except for the butter to a large mixing bowl and stir to thoroughly coat the ingredients with the seasoning mixture.
Evenly divide the mixture into the center of each piece of foil and top each one with 1 tablespoon of butter. Then fold up the edges of the foil around the food to create a closed packet.
Place the foil packets on the grill over direct heat. Grill for 15-20 minutes (flipping halfway through the cook time) until the potatoes are fork tender.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
You can also bake these packets for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees F.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
