thawed
1
teaspoon
Salt
1
teaspoon
Black Pepper
1
Tablespoon
Butter
Instructions
Preheat a Blackstone Grill over high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Pat as much water as possible out of the scallops with paper towels. Then season both sides of the scallops with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around the grill.
Place the scallops on the grill in a single layer. Let the scallops cook without moving or flipping them for 1-2 minutes to get a good sear on them.
Flip and cook the other side of the scallops for 1-2 minutes as well.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
