Ingredients

  • 24 Large Sea Scallops thawed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat a Blackstone Grill over high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).

  • Melt the butter on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around the grill.
  • Place the scallops on the grill in a single layer.  Let the scallops cook without moving or flipping them for 1-2 minutes to get a good sear on them.
  • Flip and cook the other side of the scallops for 1-2 minutes as well.
  • Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
