Heat a saucepan over medium high heat (either on a Blackstone grill or on the stovetop).
Melt the butter in the pan. Whisk in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a low boil. Watch closely and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from heat, whisk in the parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper until the cheese melted.
Preheat a Blackstone grill over medium high heat. Spread half of the oil onto the grill and spread the tortellini into a single layer on the grill.
Squirt a little water over the tortellini, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time.
Spread the remaining oil onto the grill in a separate place than the tortellini. Add the chopped spinach to the grill over the oil and sauté for a few minutes. Then add in the shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and the red pepper flakes.
Stir all the ingredients together and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the shrimp is cooked through and the spinach is starting to wilt slightly.
Drizzle the homemade Alfredo sauce over all the ingredients and toss to coat with the sauce.
Remove the mixture from the grill, serve warm topped with fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy!
