Smoked Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Raw Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 Tablespoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 250°F.
  • Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat the almonds with the mixture.
  • Spread the almonds out onto a rimmed baking sheet or in an aluminum pan.
  • Place the entire pan in the smoker and let the almonds smoke for 2 hours.
  • Let the almonds cool completely and come to room temperature. Then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can make these almonds spicier by adding in more cayenne pepper based on your taste preference. 
Store any leftover smoked almonds in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
