Ingredients

For the Dip:

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

For Serving:

  • Green Onions sliced
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all the dip ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a sturdy mixing spoon.
  • Spread this mixture evenly into a cast iron skillet.
  • Smoke for 20-30 minutes until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
  • Serve topped with the sliced green onions and blue cheese crumbles with your favorite dippers and enjoy!

Notes

Serve immediately from the cast iron skillet to keep the dip warm.  I love serving with chips, carrots and celery sticks.
This dip is best served immediately while warm but the leftovers will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.
