For the Dip:
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- ½ cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
For Serving:
- Green Onions sliced
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
Preheat the smoker to 350 degrees F.
Mix all the dip ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a sturdy mixing spoon.
Spread this mixture evenly into a cast iron skillet.
Smoke for 20-30 minutes until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
Serve topped with the sliced green onions and blue cheese crumbles with your favorite dippers and enjoy!
Serve immediately from the cast iron skillet to keep the dip warm. I love serving with chips, carrots and celery sticks.
This dip is best served immediately while warm but the leftovers will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.
