- 6 bone-in pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Preheat the grill over medium high heat.
In a small bowl combine all the seasonings.
Use a basting brush to brush olive oil over the pork chops.
Season the pork chops with the seasoning mixture and brush it over both sides of the pork chops with the basting brush.
Grill over medium high heat until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Then let sit for 5 minutes and serve warm.
