- 2 lbs ground hamburger beef 85% lean
- 2 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Chunky Salsa
- 6 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Pico De Gallo
- 1/2 cup Guacamole
- 6 Hamburger Buns
- 8 Lettuce Leaves
Preheat a grill over medium heat (approximately 350-400 degrees F).
Mix together the ground beef, taco seasoning and chunky sauce. Then form the beef into 6 patties.
Place on the grill over direct heat and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Place the slices of cheese on the patties for the last minute of the cook time to melt the cheese.
Place the hamburger buns on the grill for approximately 1 minute to toast the buns.
Remove the buns. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun. Top with a beef patties. Then top each burger with the guacamole and pico de Gallo.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Be careful not to over-mix the beef or the burgers will be tough. Just mix with your hands until just combined.
Use an instant read meat thermometer to make sure that the beef is cooked to a safe temperature before eating.
Refrigerate leftover patties in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
