Teriyaki Burger Recipe
Blackstone Teriyaki Burger is easy to make. This burger is seasoned with easy ingredients then topped with teriyaki sauce and a pineapple.

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 can sliced Pineapple drained
- 1/2 Red Onion sliced
- 6 hamburger buns
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Add 1 tablespoon oil to the griddle and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Divide 2 pounds ground beef into 6 equal balls, approximately ⅓ pound each.
Place the ground beef on the Blackstone grill on the oil.
Press firmly on the ground beef balls into the Blackstone Grill. Do not smash it all the way down but just press slightly to form a burger patty.
Season the patties with ½ teaspoon garlic salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Place the drained pineapple slices from 1 can sliced pineapple on the griddle next to the burger patties.
Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes until the sides of the patties begin to change colors.
Flip the burgers (do not smash them down) and flip the pineapple slices. Cook until the burgers are cooked through (3-4 more minutes) and the pineapple is browned.
Top each burger patty with approximately 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce.
Remove the beef and add them to one of the hamburger buns.
Top each burger with 1 pineapple slice and a few slices from ½ red onion. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Use any oil with a high smoke point. Vegetable oil, canola oil, coconut oil or avocado oil will all work great in this recipe.
