- Premade Pre-Cooked Pizza Crust – Use naan or flatbread for a faster pizza night. Feel free to also make this pizza with homemade pizza dough recipe
- Shredded Cooked Chicken – Substitute with Rotisserie Chicken

- BBQ Sauce – Try making Homemade BBQ Sauce
- Shredded Cheese – We used freshly shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese
- Red Onion – Dice onion into small pieces
- Fresh Parsley – Great topping. Fresh Cilantro is another great option

How to Make Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza

Step 1 – In a small bowl, toss the chicken with the ¼ cup bbq sauce.

Step 2 – Spread the rest of the bbq sauce on the premade pizza crust.

Step 3 – Top with the chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 4 – Sprinkle with red onions. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place on a grill and cover.
Step 5 – Cook over medium/low heat for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust is brown. Serve hot with fresh parsley on top.
