Why do you put butter on a steak?

We love to put butter on the steak as it adds so much richness to the steak. It makes the steak tender while giving it so much flavor.

We like adding right as the steak is being taken off the grill.

What is the best steak to grill?

The recipe is written for a sirloin steak but this rub can easily be used on your favorite cut of steak. We usually get ours from the butcher shop.

  • Ribeye
  • T-Bones
  • New York Strip
  • Filet Mignon
  • Porterhouse
