How to Make Bacon Wrapped Asparagus on the Grill
- Step 1 – Preheat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Cut bacon in half to prepare on wrapping around asparagus.
- Step 2 – Place the asparagus spears in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus and season it with salt and pepper. Toss the asparagus with your hands or a spoon to coat it with the olive oil and seasonings.

- Step 3 – Divide the asparagus evenly into 6 different bundles (approximately 4-5 spears per bundle). Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon making sure not to overlap the bacon. Secure the bacon to the asparagus bundle with a toothpick.

- Step 4 – Cook the bundles on the grill on direct heat with the lid closed for approximately 5-8 minutes. Cook until the asparagus is tender and the bacon is crispy.
