Why You’ll Love these Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts!

A woman with long dark hair, wearing earrings and a burgundy top, smiles at the camera in front of a textured, beige background.

I first made these Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts for a holiday gathering, and they disappeared before I could even grab seconds!

The smoky, salty bacon complements the caramelized Brussels sprouts perfectly, creating that irresistible sweet-and-savory balance. They’re a staple on my appetizer table now, whether it’s Thanksgiving, game day, or just a cozy dinner night.

Serve them with a dipping sauce like ranch, honey mustard, or balsamic glaze, and watch them vanish! This Grilled Side Dish and my go-to appetizer is a family favorite and great way to enjoy Brussels Sprouts. You may even like Parmesan Brussel Sprouts Recipe.
