I first made these Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts for a holiday gathering, and they disappeared before I could even grab seconds!

Ingredients

- Brussel Sprouts – Remove any damaged and yellow leaves
- Spices – Simple seasoning is all your need. We used salt, pepper, and brown sugar
- Bacon – We like to use thin cut bacon but you can also use thick-cut bacon. Cut in half slices

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts
Step 1 – Soak toothpicks in water for a few hours before using them to keep them from burning on the grill.
Step 2 – Preheat the grill over medium heat (approximately 300 degrees Fahrenheit).

Step 3 – Cut the ends off of the Brussel sprouts, remove any yellowing leaves from the Brussel sprouts and season them with salt and pepper.

Step 4 – Cut the bacon in half. Wrap each brussel sprout with a piece of the bacon slices and secure it to the brussel sprout with a soaked toothpick. Then dip each of the wrapped brussel sprouts in the brown sugar making sure to cover all the sides of the brussel sprouts.

Step 5 – Then place the brussel sprouts on the grill over indirect heat seam-side on the grill. Cover the grill and cook for 45-60 minutes.

Step 6 – Rotate the brussel sprouts every 10-15 minutes to keep them from burning and continue to cook until the bacon is crispy and the brussel sprouts are tender.
Step 7 – Remove the brussel sprouts bites from the grill. Let them cool slightly and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
