Adding the ingredients to a bowl
  • Step 2 – To use for ribs, remove the membrane from the underneath side of the rack of ribs.
  • Step 3 – Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.  Then evenly apply the rub to the underneath side and the top side of the rack of ribs.
Rubbing the dry rub on the ribs
  • Step 4 – Let it marinade in the rub for at least 20 minutes before cooking (you can also refrigerate them overnight in the rub if you prefer).
  • Step 5 – Cook the ribs based on your preference and enjoy.

Recipe Tips

  • Combining Ingredients – Combine the ingredients easily in a bowl then place in a mason jar or spice jar. This makes easy to sprinkle on your ribs.
  • Marinade – For the best flavor, we recommend allowing the meat to marinade for about 20 minutes with the spice rub. You can even marinade overnight so it is ready to grill the next day.
  • BBQ Sauce – After grilling your ribs, you can even baste with BBQ sauce for more flavor.
