Recipe Tips

  • Onions – We love to top our pub burger with caramelized onions. These onions are easy to make in a skillet to add flavor to the burgers.
  • Prepare the Grill – We recommend preheating the grill and oiling the grill grates. This helps to prevent the burger patties from sticking to the grill.
  • Meat Thermometer – Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the beef is cooked. The burger needs to cook to a safe temperature before eating.
