How to Make Blackstone Hangover Burger
Step 1 – Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 2 – While the grill is preheating, form the ground beef into balls that are approximately ⅓ pound each. Refrigerate until ready to cook.

Step 3 – Stir together the sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 4 – Place the bacon on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side until crispy. Remove from the grill to a separate plate.

Step 5 – Add the butter to the grill with the bacon grease and allow it to melt.
Step 6 – Add the shredded hash browns to the grill. Put the hash browns into approximately 6 patties with each burger (approximately ½ cup each).

Step 7 – Cook for approximately 5 minutes (without touching them). Gently lift one edge to check to see if they are browned. If browned, flip the hashbrowns and continue cooking for 4-6 minutes. Cook until the opposite side is browned.

Step 8 – Push to a cooler side of the grill.
Step 9 – Add the burger balls to the grill. Press them down with a large spatula or burger press until they are formed into patties.

Step 10 – Grill burgers on the Blackstone griddle for 3-5 minutes. Flip the burgers and cook until burgers are cooked through (3-4 more minutes).

Step 11 – Add a piece of cheese on top of each burger patty. Then push them to a cooler side of the grill.

Step 12 – Add the hamburger buns to the grill for 1 minute to toast them. Remove from the grill.

Step 13 – Add the eggs to the grill and cook them sunny side up (4-5 minutes without flipping them).

Step 14 – Then it’s time to build your burgers. Spread the sauce onto the bottom buns. Add a patty to the bottom bun of each hamburger bun. Add Worcestershire sauce for a delicious flavor.

Step 15 – Top with the hash browns, sunny side up fried egg and 2 slices of bacon. Top with the top bun and the burgers are ready to serve and enjoy.
