Recipe Tips

  • Chicken – Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked through before removing it from the grill.
  • Bang Bang Sauce – We brushed the sauce onto the uncooked chicken and after the chicken has cooked. If you marinate the raw chicken in the sauce, throw this out after removing the chicken. You only want to brush the cooked chicken with unused sauce.
  • Cooking Chicken – Cooking time will vary depending on the size of chicken. We recommend cutting chicken in about the same size so it cooks evenly.
