How to Make Blackstone Zucchini

Step 1 – Cut the zucchinis into approximately 2 inch long wedges. Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat

Step 2 – Add the zucchini to a large bowl. Drizzle the avocado oil or olive oil on top and top with the seasonings. Toss the zucchini to coat with the oil and seasoning mixture.

Step 3 – Add the zucchini to the Blackstone grill and cook for approximately 2 minutes.

Step 4 – Flip the zucchini and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the zucchini is tender and soft enough for your liking. Remove from the grill. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy! 

Recipe Tips

  • Preparing Zucchini – When making this recipe, we cut our fresh zucchini into wedges. But you can also cook zucchini slices on the flat top grill.
  • Seasoning and Oil – When adding the spices and oil to the zucchini, make sure to completely coat the zucchini for the best flavor.
  • Cooking Zucchini – Cooking time will vary so make sure to not leave on the griddle for to long as the zucchini could get mushy.

  • Cut the zucchinis into approximately 2 inch long wedges.

  • Add the zucchini to a large bowl. Drizzle the avocado oil on top and top with the seasonings.
