Step 1 – Preheat the grill to medium heat around 350°F. Place a 10” cast iron pan on the grill to preheat.

Step 2 – In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3 – In a separate medium bowl, whisk the eggs, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 4 – Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not over mix.

Step 5 – Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir to combine.
