Why This Recipe Works:

S’mores is a classic recipe that is loaded with flavor. All you need is 3 simple ingredients and it becomes a delicious dessert. We love making them when my kids have friends over.

The gooey marshmallow melting the chocolate is always a family favorite.

Ingredients:

Ingredients - graham crackers, hershey bars, marshmallows
  • Graham Crackers Broken in Half (8 squares)
  • Regular Size Hershey’s Chocolate Bar broke into 4 pieces
  • Large Marshmallows

Variations:

If you have a sweet tooth, then you need to make this S’mores recipe. Feel free to change the chocolate or use mini marshmallows. We have also made this dessert with mini Hershey Chocolate Bars.

Step by Step Instructions:

  • Step 1 – Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 450 degrees Fahrenheit).

Step 2 – Assemble the s’mores.  Start with 1 graham cracker square, top with the chocolate piece and marshmallow.  Then top with the remaining graham cracker squares.

Step 3 – Wrap each one in foil.  Make sure that they are completely covered in foil.

  • Step 4 – Place the prepared packets on the preheated grill.  Close the lid on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Step 5 – Carefully remove the s’mores packets from the grill.  Carefully open the foil packets and then the s’mores are ready to serve and enjoy!

Recipe Tips:

  • Heat Griddle – Before placing your s’mores on the griddle, make sure to preheat.
  • Foil – Use heavy duty foil while cooking the s’mores on the griddle. This helps to prevent the foil from tearing while cooking.
  • Cover While Cooking – We recommend closing the lid or use a Blackstone Dome to cover the s’mores while cooking. This locks in the heat and helps them cook within 4 minutes.

How to Make in the Oven:

If you prefer, you can make these s’mores indoors in the oven. Prepare the s’mores as the recipe indicates and place them on a baking sheet. Place them in the preheated oven at 350 degrees.

Bake the S’mores for about 10 minutes. Be careful opening the foil packets as it will be really hot. They will be ready to serve.

How to Store Leftovers:

These s’mores are best served immediately after cooking. It is best to store the ingredients separately until ready to cook.
