  • Chicken – You can use different types of chicken to make this recipe. Use chicken breasts or bone-in chicken thighs to make this recipe.
  • Seasoning – Feel free to change the spices and sauces to what you prefer when making the marinade. Add in ½ tsp of turmeric, lemongrass, sweet chili sauce, or white pepper.

  • Step 1 – Combine Marinade Ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, ground coriander, and red chili flakes to create the marinade.
