How to Make Breakfast Quesadilla on a Blackstone Griddle
Step 1 – Heat the Griddle – Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Spread the butter onto the grill.
Step 2 – Cook Bacon – Place the bacon on one side of the grill and cook until done and slightly crispy.
Step 3 – Scramble Eggs – On the other side of the grill, crack the eggs onto the grill. Season them with salt and pepper. Then scramble the eggs.

Step 4 – Remove Bacon & Eggs – Remove the cooked bacon and scrambled eggs from the grill.
Step 5 – Top Tortilla – Then place the tortillas on the grill. Top each tortilla with a small amount of each cheese. Then layer the eggs and bacon on top and then add more cheese. Carefully fold each tortilla in half making a half moon shape.

Step 6 – Cook Golden Brown – Cook until one side of the tortilla is golden brown (1-2 minutes). Flip and then cook until the other side is golden brown as well (1-2 minutes). Watch them closely as they will brown quickly.

Step 7 – Serve and Enjoy – Remove the quesadillas onto a cutting board. Slice them and then they are ready to serve and enjoy.
