- Step 1 – Combine Marinade Ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the chicken. This includes the 1 ½ cups of dill pickle juice.
- Step 2 – Place chicken in bowl – Use tongs to dredge the chicken in the bowl with the marinade.
- Step 3 – Refrigerate – Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Step 4 – Heat Grill – Then preheat the grill to 350 degrees. Gently brush the grates of the grill with the oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
