How to Make Grilled Chicken Wings
- Step 1 – Preheat the gas grill over medium-high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Rub the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent the chicken wings from sticking to the grill. You can also cook on a charcoal grill.
- Step 2 – Dry the chicken as much as possible and then coat the chicken with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Step 3 – Place the chicken wings on the grill over direct heat. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes flipping them every 2-3 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Step 4 – Remove the wings on the grill. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
