Ingredients

- Large Shrimp – You can also use jumbo shrimp that has been peeled and deveined, tail-on
- Olive Oil – Use any type of oil
- Paprika – For even more flavor, use smoked paprika
- Dried Oregano – You can substitute with Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder – Substitute with minced garlic
- Slice of Bacon – Cut the bacon in half

How to Make Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the cut bacon slices on a wire rack on top of a foil lined baking sheet. Then bake for 10 minutes. Transfer them to a plate lined with a paper towel to cool.

Step 2 – Add the shrimp, olive oil and seasonings to a mixing bowl. Toss to coat the shrimp.

Step 3 – Wrap each piece of the shrimp with a piece of bacon securing the bacon to the shrimp with a toothpick. Continue until all the shrimp is wrapped with bacon.

Step 4 – Grill the bacon wrapped shrimp for 4-6 minutes per side until the bacon is cooked through and crispy over direct heat. Remove from the grill. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 24 Large Shrimp peeled and deveined, tail-on
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 12 slices Bacon cut in half
Instructions
