Tips for Grilling Teriyaki Salmon:

  • Marinate Salmon – Combine the teriyaki sauce and allow the salmon to marinate for about an hour. This will enhance the flavor of the salmon.
  • Cooking Salmon – Make sure to prepare the grill by heating on a hot grill and oiling the grates. This will prevent the salmon from sticking to the grill.
  • Check for doneness – You will know when the salmon fillets is done when the center is flaky. We recommend testing with a fork. You can also check the internal temperature, which should reach 145 degrees.
