  • Marinating Steak – Marinating time can be extended up to 8 hours for a deeper flavor.
  • Cut Vegetables – Cut vegetables about the same size so that they cook evenly and about the same time.
  • Cooking Time – Cooking time will vary depending on how you want your steak cooked. You may need to use a meat thermometer to ensure your steak is cooked to the desired temperature.

Serving Suggestions

Steak kabobs is great meal if you are on a low carb diet. But to feed my large family, I love to add easy side dishes to complete the meal.

We love to grill out corn on the cob, add a pasta salad, potato salad, and grill bake potatoes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Cut of Steak to Use?

We recommend using a top sirloin steak or a New York Strip steak. Both are great options and cook easily on the grill.

Can I Cook in the Oven?

We love the flavor that the grill gives the steak and veggies. We grill them directly on the grill grates but you can also grill in a grill pan. If both of these options are not available, you can cook on a indoor grill pan or on a foil lined baking pan in the oven. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or your desired steak temperature.

How to Store Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. This steak is even better the next day and we love to meal prep for lunches for the week.
