What’s the Difference Between Pork Loin and Pork Tenderloin?

Pork Loin and Pork Tenderloin have similar names but they are different cuts of meats.

  • Pork Tenderloin – Is a long narrow cut of meat. It is boneless cut and comes from the muscle that runs along the backbone.
  • Pork Loin – This cut of meat is wider and fatter than the grill pork tenderloin. It can be boneless or have bone-in.
