Quick and easy Lettuce Wraps make meal time a breeze! My entire family loves Asian dishes and this one is packed with so much flavor. They are perfect served as a main dish but I have also served as an appetizer when making Blackstone Recipes.

If you love the flavors of this Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps, you must try Hibachi Noodles, Hibachi Chicken and Blackstone Hibachi.

Why You’ll Love Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps

We love going to PF Changes for their lettuce wraps. Now, I can easily make them at home with this simple recipe. Juicy, savory chicken meets a delicious ginger–garlic sauce, spooned into cool, crunchy lettuce cups for a lighter dinner that still feels fun and satisfying.

Making this dish at home allows you to prepare it as you prefer. Change the meat, swap the sauces or make it a bit spicier with the addition of red pepper flakes and sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

Ingredients - Ground chicken, oil, onion, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, garlic, butter lettuce, green onions, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce, ginger, cornstarch
  • Ground Chicken – Ground beef, ground pork, ground turkey and finely diced chicken breasts can be used in this recipe instead of the ground chicken if preferred.
  • Oil – You can use any type of oil with a high smoke point for this recipe. I used avocado oil but olive oil, peanut oil or vegetable oil would work as well.
  • Onion and Red bell pepper – Diced into small pieces
  • Water Chestnuts – Drained and Diced
  • Minced Garlic – Feel free to use garlic powder
  • Butter Lettuce – This makes the best lettuce cups but you can use what you prefer
  • Green Onions – Chop into small pieces
  • Hoisin Sauce – Needed to add a thick sauce to the ground meat
  • Soy Sauce – Coconut Aminos can be used instead of Soy Sauce in this recipe if needed for a gluten-free option.

Serving Suggestions

These lettuce wraps are great served with Blackstone Fried Rice Recipe. I like to enjoy these lettuce as they are made, but you can also just serve the filling over white rice.

This filling also makes a great addition to Stir Fry Vegetables.
