The Best Blackstone Breakfast Burrito Recipe:

We cook a lot of things on the Blackstone Griddle, but one of my favorites recipes to cook is breakfast. We have made cinnamon roll pancakes, classic pancakes, and French toast.

But if you are looking for a crowd pleasing recipe, try these Breakfast Burritos. In fact, these breakfast burritos are great any time of the day.

The egg and breakfast sausage all cook easily on the large flat surface. Add in your favorite cheese and vegetables for a complete meal idea.

Can I Make on the Stovetop?

Yes, if you prefer you can make Breakfast Burritos in a large skillet with cooking oil. Prepare the egg, sausage and potatoes as indicated and fill the tortilla.

Fold sides of the tortilla and place in a skillet and heat over medium heat.

Breakfast Burritos Recipe Tips:

  • Shred Cheese – We recommend using fresh shredded cheese for this recipe as it melts more evenly.
  • Cooking Ingredients – Make sure to cook the sausage before mixing with the eggs.
  • Heat Burrito – Place the burrito seam side down on the griddle. This allows for the tortilla to stay together while serving.

  • Burrito Filling – You can add in any filling you prefer when making breakfast burritos. You can add in onions, mushrooms, and avocado.
  • Change the Meat – Instead of using sausage, change the meat to bacon or ham.
  • Change the Cheese – Feel free to change the cheese to what you prefer. We have used Monterey Jack Cheeses for a different flavor.
